Who we are

Acme Roofing LLC is a roofing and exteriors contractor in Hartford, Connecticut. This policy covers the instant estimator at acmeroofing.example/quote.

What we collect

When you send a request: your name, phone number, and, if you give them, your email, property address and job details, plus the answers you gave the estimator and the price range it showed you.

When you type an address: it is sent to Google to find the address (Google Places), to measure the roof from aerial imagery (Google Solar API), and to show a satellite picture of the roof and, where Google has one, a street-level photo of the house (Google Maps and Google Street View). Google handles that data under its own privacy policy. We keep the measurement, the coordinates and the address, without your name, so the same roof does not have to be measured again, whether or not you send a request. The photos are not stored with your request. You can ask us to delete the measurement by calling 860-555-0100.

When you arrive from an ad or a link: the page you landed on, the site that sent you, and campaign codes in the link (for example utm_source or a Google click id). We keep these in a first-party cookie for 90 days so we know which ads bring in requests.

How we use it

To contact you about your request, book an inspection and prepare a quote, and to measure which advertising works. We do not sell or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.

Where it is kept

Requests are stored with our database provider (Supabase) and sent to us by email through our email provider (Resend). These providers may store data in other countries.

We keep requests for as long as we need them to serve you and meet our legal obligations, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by calling 860-555-0100. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser.
